Cheese Cake
Ingredients
- 1 8 0z. cream cheese bar
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 10" graham cracker crust*
- Cherry pie filling or topping of choice
Directions
- Soften cream cheese.
- Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
- Gradually add lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Mix well.
- Pour into backed crust and chill.
- Top with pie filling of choice, and enjoy!!
* You can buy pie crust or make your own. For this one, I chose to use a store bought one, but homemade can defiantly be more yummy :)
I got this recipe from my aunt Laraine. It is a very quick and easy no bake cheese cake! It turned out really yummy.
